Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
• Process invoices, payments, and supplier reimbursements accurately.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Support month-end closing activities and prepare finance-related reports.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties on finance-related matters.
• Assist with other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in basic accounting, AR, and AP functions.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
