Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong knowledge of Banking and Financial Services to work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, architects, developers, testers, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in requirements gathering, functional and technical analysis, process modelling, system integration, API-based solutions, data analysis, and delivery within banking or financial services environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements from business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
- Analyse existing applications, systems, interfaces, workflows, and business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Create BRD, FRD, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Perform AS-IS / TO-BE process analysis and develop process flow diagrams.
- Analyse system integrations and data flows between banking applications and external/internal systems.
- Work with technical teams on REST/SOAP APIs, web services, middleware, databases, and system integrations.
