Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and relevant social media.
• Respond to enquiries regarding services, pricing, packages, promotions, appointments, and availability.
• Handle customer feedback and concerns professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
• Respond to customers through social media, hotline on enquiries, complaints.
• To perform any other task assigned by management as and when required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum SPM qualification, 1–2 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Good computer skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Pleasant personality with a clear and professional telephone manner.
• Customer-oriented, friendly, confident, and well-presented.
• Positive, professional, and able to communicate effectively with customers.
• Comfortable with sales, upselling, and achieving individual and company targets.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in customer service, beauty, wellness, retail, or a similar industry will be an added advantage.
• Candidates who are able to start immediately will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
