About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified, self-motivated, and ambitious Marketing Facilitator to join our dynamic manpower agency. In this role, you will act as a bridge between corporate clients and top talent, providing end-to-end recruitment consultancy, managing client accounts, and driving agency placement goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Cafacilitatorndidate Sourcing & Screening: Consult, interview, and evaluate prospective candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for client job openings.
• Client Relationship & Account Management: Maintain consistent contact with hiring managers and corporate clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle to deliver staffing solutions and achieve defined sales/placement objectives.
• Business Development & Marketing: Participate in business development activities, career fairs, networking events, and client meetings to generate new job orders and expand the agency's client portfolio.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment agency operations, talent acquisition, human resources, or corporate B2B sales.
• Skills: Highly qualified, self-motivated, hard worker, excellent communication skills, strong team player, and a clear vision for career growth.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
