As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Financial Manager to join our team and support the company's financial management and business operations.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, reporting, and planning. The successful candidate will work closely with management to ensure effective financial control, compliance, and support for business growth.

This position requires strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin, as well as solid experience in financial management and accounting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the company's day-to-day financial and accounting operations.

  • Prepare financial statements, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and management reports.

  • Monitor financial performance, expenses, and cash flow.

  • Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards, tax requirements, and relevant financial regulations.

  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and other external parties.

  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.

  • Assist management with financial planning, budgeting, and business development.

  • Develop and maintain effective financial controls and reporting procedures.

Requirements

  • Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident only.

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Relevant experience in financial management, accounting, or a similar role.

  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

  • Good knowledge of Singapore accounting practices and financial regulations.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Able to work independently and communicate effectively with management and external stakeholders.

Salary & Benefits

  • Monthly salary of S$5,000 – S$7,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

  • Full-time position based in Tanjong Pagar.
