Job Summary

Strategic Client Advisory

• Analyze client operations to understand their unique workflows, pain points, and strategic business goals.
• Conduct gap analyses by comparing existing technical capabilities against future operational requirements.
• Formulate technology roadmaps, architecture designs, and cost-benefit estimations for new implementations.
• Present tech plans and risk assessment reports clearly to executives, non-technical stakeholders, and department heads.

Solution Design & Implementation

• Architect bespoke technical solutions leveraging cloud technologies, AI, enterprise platforms (ERP/CRM), or custom software.
• Lead implementation phases, working directly with software developers and network engineers to configure and deploy systems.
• Enforce security compliance, ensuring all new systems feature robust data protection and encryption standards.
• Oversee project management, tracking delivery timelines, managing cross-functional resources, and mitigating risks.

Optimization & Support

• Monitor system performance metrics post-implementation to guarantee optimal system health and functionality.
• Design custom training and educational resources for internal staff to boost user adoption and tool proficiency.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, establishing error logs and providing tier-3 technical support when critical bottlenecks occur.
• Research emerging market trends continuously to keep the company's technology stack modern and competitive.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Systems Architecture: Deep familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), enterprise networks, and database management.
• Data & Programming: Basic comprehension of programming languages, system integrations (APIs), and business intelligence tools.
• Cybersecurity: Solid understanding of threat mitigation, network maintenance, and data privacy regulations.

Soft Skills & Competency

• Problem-Solving: Elite critical thinking skills to diagnose complex systemic issues and design innovative fixes.
• Communication: Ability to seamlessly translate dense technical jargon into clear, actionable business strategies.
• Project Leadership: Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies, resource allocation, and vendor coordination.

Experience & Education Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in an IT, system analysis, software development, or corporate consulting role.
• Certifications: Industry-recognized credentials (such as PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, ITIL, or CISSP) are highly preferred.
