Job Summary

Responsible for sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to procure heavy machinery spare parts and materials, managing communications with overseas suppliers and clients, and overseeing purchase-related processes to support operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and negotiation activities with suppliers to secure heavy machinery spare parts and materials at optimal terms
• Manage email communications by promptly checking and responding to inquiries to maintain effective supplier and client relationships
• Liaise with overseas suppliers and clients to coordinate online purchase-related matters and monitor shipment status for timely delivery
• Issue tax invoices, quotations, and purchase orders accurately to support procurement and financial processes
• Monitor company insurance to ensure compliance and risk management
• Execute ad-hoc duties assigned by management to support business operations
