Responsibilities
We are expanding and we are looking for a dedicated
F&B Outlet Supervisor
to assist in overseeing operations at our outlet. If you have a strong background in food and beverage management and a passion for customer service, we want you to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing overall outlet operations to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Supervise staff, manage schedules and provide training and guidance to maintain team performance.
Ensure the POS system runs smoothly, handle transactions, and assist with orders as needed.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Marketing departments to achieve business goals.
Uphold cleanliness, quality, and service standards for excellent customer satisfaction.
Adhere to company policies and ensure operations are in compliance with set standards and regulations.
Pre-requisites:
Proven experience in F&B management with a focus on outlet operations.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support a team.
Familiarity with SGdataPOS and Infotech knowledge is an advantage but not a must.
Ability to collaborate with various departments to drive business success.
Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work long hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Commitment to adhering to Company policies and maintaining high operational standards.
