Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage M&E works from planning and design coordination through installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.

- Coordinate M&E services with consultants, clients, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades.

- Review and coordinate shop drawings, technical submissions, material submissions, method statements, and project documentation.

- Monitor site installation to ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, relevant standards, and project requirements.

- Identify and resolve technical issues, design discrepancies, site constraints, and M&E coordination clashes.

- Prepare and manage RFIs, technical clarifications, variation works, and other technical correspondence.

- Plan and monitor M&E work progress, manpower, materials, and construction activities to meet project schedules.

- Lead inspections, testing, commissioning, and rectification works for M&E systems.

- Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure proper inspection, testing, and documentation of M&E works.

- Supervise and provide technical guidance to engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and site teams.

- Attend site, technical, coordination, and progress meetings and provide timely technical updates.

- Ensure proper preparation and submission of as-built drawings, testing & commissioning records, O&M manuals, and handover documents.
