About the role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Foreman Car to join our team at DR. CAR 28 ENTERPRISE' in Alor Setar, Kedah. As the Foreman Car, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our automotive repair and maintenance services. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where your leadership and technical expertise will be essential in ensuring the efficient and high-quality delivery of our services.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervising and coordinating the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and efficient completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks

2. Inspecting and quality-checking completed work to ensure it meets the company's high standards

3. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to the team, helping to develop their skills and expertise

4. Maintaining accurate records of all work carried out, including parts used and labour costs

5. Liaising with customers to provide updates on the status of their vehicles and address any concerns or queries

6. Collaborating with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

7. Ensuring strict compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman or in a similar automotive supervisory role

2. Thorough knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures, with a strong understanding of various vehicle systems and components

3. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues

4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of technicians

5. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and other stakeholders

6. Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in the automotive industry

7. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
