Our clients, providing a full range of services in consumer, SME and corporate banking solutions.

Compare and analysis vendor/subcontractor bid-day quotes and proposals.

Communicate with main contractor, subcontractors and vendors as per project requirements.

Conduct/attend on regular project meeting with project management team.

Request, provide and process submittals, RFIs, shop drawing for project management team review.

Monitoring project progress and present for review on time.

Request/create procurement log for subcontractor and vendor material(s)/equipment.

Communicate and discuss all changes from project management team. Review for conflicts and changes, update internal schedule and provide further look-ahead.

Communicate schedule changes to subcontractors/vendors. Determine needed resources (manpower/material/equipment). Track schedule and advise of cost impacts or roadblocks.

Review and coordinate with end user requirement.

Education and Certifications: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Interior Design. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in commercial renovation, corporate fit-out, or interior design.

Soft Skills: Excellent conflict resolution, negotiation, and cross-departmental communication skills.

Proficiency in project management software and reading floor plans/technical drawings.

Prefer with knowledge for the network infrastructure cabling work and network hardware installation.
