Join Swisslog and play a key role in supporting and maintaining automated intralogistics systems for our customers. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your technical expertise in automation, customer service, and industrial systems while working in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and control system issues.
• Respond promptly to customer incidents and minimize system downtime.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support, including standby support when required.
• Record and track incidents in CRM systems.
• Support commissioning, deployment, and system upgrades during project implementation.
• Manage spare parts inventory and recommend improvements to customers.
• Deliver customer training and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Controls Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance, automation, or material handling systems.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs (Siemens, Beckhoff), SCADA, industrial communication networks (EtherCAT, Profinet, Profibus, TCP/IP), drives, and safety systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in both electrical and mechanical systems.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working at heights, on standby schedules, and outside regular working hours when required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
