We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Executive to join our team.

This role involves working closely with clients, KOLs/KOCs, content creators, and internal teams to coordinate and execute social media and influencer marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Coordination

• Communicate with clients to understand their marketing needs, campaign objectives, and requirements
• Develop and propose suitable campaign execution plans based on client requirements
• Manage client communications, feedback, revisions, and project timelines
• Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients

KOL / Creator Management

• Identify, shortlist, and contact suitable KOLs, KOCs, and content creators for different campaigns
• Coordinate collaboration details, schedules, deliverables, and content requirements
• Arrange creator visits, filming schedules, and posting timelines
• Follow up on content drafts, revisions, approvals, and final postings

Campaign Execution

• Prepare campaign execution plans and project timelines
• Coordinate between clients, creators, and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery
• Manage the entire campaign process from planning and content creation to approval and publishing
• Handle day-to-day project issues and ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule

Social Media & Marketing Support

• Support social media campaign planning and content coordination
• Stay updated with platforms such as Xiaohongshu (RED), TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Assist with campaign performance tracking, data collection, and reporting

Requirements

• Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Strong coordination, organisation, and time-management skills
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiar with major social media platforms and influencer marketing
• Experience in Marketing, Social Media, Account Servicing, Influencer/KOL Marketing, or Project Coordination is preferred
• Able to communicate confidently with both clients and creators
• Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to follow through on tasks
