Responsibilities:
Provide quality customer service support via email and phone through ticketing system
Handle customer inquiries efficiently and escalate issues promptly when required
Resolve customer problems and claims effectively and promptly
Promote and recommend new products to existing customers
Input customer purchase order into system and manage sales orders for customers
Allocate stock and arrange delivery for customer orders
Conduct regular meetings with customers to maintain close communication
Monitor and track customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Create monthly reports on customer service activities
Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or higher in any field
At least 2 - 3 years of experience in Order Processing & Delivery Arrangement
Hands-on experience in SAP HANA
