Location: Kedah Rubber City

Job Description:

• Manage and supervise M&E works at the project site, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems.
• Review and coordinate construction drawings, design changes, and technical issues.
• Prepare M&E work schedules and ensure progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Monitor subcontractors’ performance, workmanship, and material usage.
• Oversee equipment delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Coordinate with civil and structural teams to resolve on-site conflicts.
• Liaise with authorities or clients for inspections, testing, and handover compliance.
• Prepare technical documents, progress reports, and equipment records.

Job Qualification:

• Diploma or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related Engineering fields.
• Experience in M&E construction or project management (factory, building, or infrastructure projects preferred).
• Familiar with Malaysian M&E codes, standards, and approval procedures.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or relevant design software.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Responsible and able to work independently at site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
