Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events and promotional activities
Represent the company professionally at events and community activities
Engage with attendees, visitors, and potential customers
Introduce and explain company products, services, or campaigns
Coordinate event setup, activities, materials, and logistics
Ensure event schedules and activities run efficiently
Support customer engagement and lead-generation initiatives
Build positive relationships with attendees and members of the public
Collect customer feedback and event insights
Maintain accurate records of event activities and outcomes
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve campaign objectives
Assist with post-event follow-ups and reporting
Identify opportunities to improve future events and outreach activities
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, confident, and professional personality
Highly organized with good time-management skills
Comfortable interacting with different types of people
Able to work in a fast-paced, public-facing environment
Proactive and willing to take initiative
Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities
Previous experience in events, hospitality, sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage
No prior event experience required for the right candidate
