Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure that all products are manufactured with utmost efficiency and quality, according to planned protocols using the appropriate technology.
Evaluates, products, components and applications by designing and conducting researching programs, applying knowledge of project and materials
Develops products by studying customers' requirements, researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials
Assures products' quality by designing finished products
Prepare report by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information trend
Guide assembly of automation module / machine according to mechanical assembly drawing, and electrical schematic diagram
Able to interpret well on mechanical drawings, assembly drawings and electrical schematic diagrams
Guide and improve the production performance of the department together with Manufacturing Manager (quality, lead-time, delivery performance, costs)
Work closely with the Quality department to assure conformity of product to customer requirement
Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity
Other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Perform ad-hoc tasks when requested
Requirements:
2-3 years of relevant experience preferably in Assembly of Equipment or Test area preferably in Semiconductor Industry
Experience in maintaining the Quality of Work
Knowledge of Material BOM’s
Capable of understanding Engineering drawings for Mechatronics-assembly
Experienced in Manufacturing Engineering Tools (5S, Process Flow, FMEA, System Risk Analysis, DMAIC, 8D, Control Plan, SOP, SOO, Work Instructions, Root Cause Analysis, Capacity versus Demand)
Experience in Mechanical Fitting, Cable Routing and Installation of Equipment. Preferably in a Semiconductor Equipment Industry.
Proficient in using SolidWorks to design and develop simple fixtures, jigs, and tooling to support manufacturing processes.
