Job Purpose
Responsible for centrally managing and monitoring the company’s IT, POS and digital systems from HQ, including coordinating with external vendors to ensure system availability, performance and timely resolution of technical issues across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities

1. POS System Management

• Monitor the performance and status of POS systems across all outlets remotely from HQ.
• Act as the main point of contact between the company and POS system provider/vendor.
• Coordinate with vendors on system issues, updates, maintenance and technical support.
• Manage POS system configuration, including menu, pricing, promotions, user access and outlet settings.
• Monitor and follow up on POS issues reported by outlet teams until resolved.
• Conduct remote testing and verification after system updates or changes.
• Maintain proper records of POS issues, solutions and system changes.

2. Website & Digital Platform Management

• Manage and monitor the company website from HQ.
• Update website content, menu, products, promotions and other relevant information.
• Coordinate with website developers/hosting providers for technical issues and improvements.
• Monitor website performance, availability and basic security.
• Manage domain, hosting and other relevant digital accounts.

3. Remote IT Support

• Provide remote IT support to HQ and outlets where applicable.
• Troubleshoot POS, software, printer, network and other system-related issues remotely.
• Guide outlet staff in resolving basic technical issues.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant external vendor.
• Monitor the progress of technical issues until successful resolution.

4. Vendor Management

• Serve as the central PIC for POS, website, software, internet and other IT-related vendors.
• Communicate technical requirements and business needs to vendors.
• Follow up on outstanding issues, maintenance and system requests.
• Monitor vendor response time and service quality.
• Assist Management in evaluating vendor quotations, services and proposed solutions.

5. System & Access Management

• Manage user accounts, system access and permissions.
• Ensure access rights are updated based on employee roles and outlet requirements.
• Monitor system usage and identify potential technical or access issues.
• Maintain proper documentation of system configurations and access information.

6. IT Monitoring & Improvement

• Monitor the overall performance of company IT and digital systems from HQ.
• Identify recurring system issues and recommend improvements.
• Assist Management in implementing new systems, POS features and digital solutions.
• Work closely with Operations, Finance, HR and Marketing to understand system requirements.

7. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare regular reports on POS/system status, technical issues and vendor follow-ups.
• Maintain records of system issues, maintenance, updates and resolutions.
• Ensure all IT and system-related SOPs and documentation are updated.

8. Ad-Hoc Responsibilities

• Perform other IT, POS and digital system-related duties assigned by Management.
• Provide support during new outlet setup, POS implementation, system upgrades and other digital projects.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
