About the role:

The Regional Procurement Manager & Malaysia Procurement Lead will lead procurement strategy and operations across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines, driving sourcing excellence, supplier performance, cost optimisation, and transformation initiatives. Working closely with country leadership teams, this role will strengthen procurement capabilities, deliver sustainable business value, and enhance operational excellence across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead procurement strategy and sourcing initiatives across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines.
• Drive cost optimisation, supplier performance, contract negotiations, and procurement governance across the region.
• Oversee procurement operations in Malaysia, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and best practices.
• Partner with regional business leaders to deliver procurement transformation, operational efficiency, and sustainable value creation.
• Lead supplier management, procurement process improvement, and capability-building initiatives across ASEAN.

Experience:

• Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of procurement experience, including at least 3-5 years in a regional leadership role.
• Experience managing procurement across multiple ASEAN markets.
• Proven success in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and delivering procurement savings.
• Industry experience in retail, fitness, hospitality, FMCG, or multi-site operations is an advantage.
