Job Description
We need to hire sales coordinator to ensure members of the staff are supported in terms of processing quotation, sales orders, and manage inventory. This person will be reporting directly to the H.O.D
Duties and responsibilities:
Vix Marketing was incorporated in 1999 with the purpose of ensuring quality flooring and superior after sales services reach the recreational facilities. Our aim is to be a leader in the flooring industry in Singapore. In order to provide better service to our clients, Vix Marketing has been constantly expanding the range of her service. Besides specializing in the supply, installation we have also diversified into recreational products. Constantly working with tried and tested principles of service and quality, we strive in every possible way to support our clients and make them happy and successful

Job Description
We need to hire sales coordinator to ensure members of the staff are supported in terms of processing quotation, sales orders, and manage inventory. This person will be reporting directly to the H.O.D
Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide sales and administrative support to sales team.
- Preparation /Processing of Sales Orders and DO and handling of documentations.
- Updates and manage inventory, issue PO and handling of receiving.
- Coordinate with internal operation team on delivery schedule or resolve arising issues in a timely manner.
- Any other ad-hoc job as assigned by the H.O.D.
- Familiarity in flooring industry and flooring material will be a benefit for hiring consideration.
- Minimum O Levels, Nitec, HNITEC, Diploma or equivalent
- Team player with positive work attitude, independent and able to work under fast pace environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Words
