Job Description:

The Data Operations Executive will manage large-scale data workflows, maintain database integrity, and drive operational efficiency across regional e-commerce logistics and business units. The role requires strong technical execution, data quality management, and close collaboration with cross-functional product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day data operations, pipeline monitoring, and database maintenance to ensure uninterrupted business workflows.
• Process, clean, and validate large datasets to maintain high standards of data accuracy and completeness.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies, pipeline failures, or system anomalies in a timely manner.
• Collaborate closely with data engineering and product teams to optimize ETL processes and database management strategies.
• Generate regular operational reports, performance dashboards, and metrics trackers for senior management review.
• Establish, document, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data governance, access controls, and compliance.
• Support system migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and digital transformation initiatives across regional operations.
• Analyze operational bottlenecks and recommend data-driven process improvements to boost team efficiency.
• Handle data ad-hoc requests and provide analytical support to various business units.
• Maintain data documentation, data lineage tracking, and compliance frameworks aligned with regional regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Typically 1-2 years of relevant experience in data operations, database administration, or business analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, macros); experience with Python or R is an advantage.
• Familiarity with data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured-thinking abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills to work with diverse technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, troubleshoot under pressure, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of data security, privacy policies, and data governance best practices.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
