Position : Field IT Support Specialist

Salary: RM 3,000 - RM 4,000

Location : Desa Aman Puri, Kepong

Working hour : Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Job Scope

• To support the department in installing machines at the client site and servicing faulty hardware.
• Hardware preparation, verification, delivery, and installation for POS operation system implementation.
• Provide online or onsite support services to clients in order to test and diagnose hardware and network issues or malfunctions.
• Provide services for customer image data implementations as required from time to time.
• Check, respond and resolve tasks from the ticketing system.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma level education in Computer & IT, or relevant fields.
• Basic understanding of IT hardware and software.
• Having own transport and a GDL license is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel outstation when required.
• Able to take initiative, be proactive at work, and independent in problem-solving.
• Able to multitask and commit to meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and be a good team player.
• Good communication skills and ability to maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
