Operations & Monitoring

• Monitor Building Management System (BMS), Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS), and Data Centre Infrastructure Management (DCIM) systems.
• Perform routine inspections of critical systems such as UPS, generators, CRAC/CRAH units, and PDUs.
• Ensure all systems are operating within defined parameters.

Incident Response

• Respond to alarms, faults, and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Perform first-level troubleshooting and escalate issues when required.
• Participate in incident reporting and root cause analysis.

Preventive & Corrective Maintenance

• Execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for all critical equipment.
• Support vendors during corrective maintenance and major repairs.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and operational standards.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate logs of activities, incidents, and maintenance work.
• Update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and method of procedures (MOPs).
• Prepare shift reports and handover notes.

Change & Risk Management

• Support planned maintenance activities and change management processes.
• Conduct risk assessments before performing any critical operation.
• Follow strict compliance with permit-to-work (PTW) systems.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Adhere to all workplace safety regulations and company policies.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices.
• Participate in safety drills and audits.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

• Diploma / NITEC / Higher NITEC in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant engineering field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data centres, facilities management, or critical environments.
• Fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles.

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of:
• Electrical systems (UPS, generators, switchgear)
• Mechanical systems (HVAC, CRAC/CRAH)
• Fire protection systems
• Familiarity with BMS/DCIM systems is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
