Account Manager

At FiftyFull, Account Managers sit at the heart of our client relationships and internal teams. You’ll help turn briefs into great work, keeping projects moving, clients aligned and teams set up to do their best work. You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of brands and organisations including HDB, SIT, Penfolds, EDB, PA, DBS, CGS, XPeng and NTUC Union.

What you’ll do

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and communications.
• Translate client needs into clear briefs for strategy, creative and production teams.
• Manage projects from brief to delivery, including timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams, partners and vendors.
• Review work to ensure it answers the brief before it reaches the client.
• Manage feedback clearly and constructively.
• Anticipate issues, solve problems and keep projects moving.
• Support pitches, proposals and opportunities to grow existing accounts.

What we’re looking for

• 3–5 years of account management experience, preferably in a creative, advertising or integrated agency.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Confidence managing clients and presenting creative work.
• A good understanding of the creative process.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Proactive, collaborative and solutions-oriented.

You care about the quality of the work, not just getting it out the door. You know how to keep clients happy without saying yes to everything, and you understand that great account management creates the conditions for great creative work to happen.
