About the Position:

Lead and manage NPI projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within requirements, and to expected quality standards. Responsible for cross-functional coordination with customers, R&D, and internal teams, while driving project progress, resolving issues, and managing timelines. Lead and coach project team members, delegate responsibilities, conduct regular project reviews, and ensure compliance with QMS procedures and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive & lead NPI project management.
• Coordinate, review project status at planned interval.
• Liaise, update & coordinate with customer & internal parties on project matters.
• Responsible for new project development, support R&D & development team for NPI & development activity.
• To lead & coach project team members to meet customers' requirement.
• To delegate & assign the assignments amongst the team members.
• To oversee the progress of jobs are in accordance to the timelines set.
• To conduct Weekly and Monthly Project Meeting with team members for discussion of project status and pending issues.
• Ensure all the documentations & procedures are strictly adhered accordance to QMS & customer requirement.

Preferred skills:

• Project coordination and communication
• Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, FMEA
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to travelling

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering fields/ diploma / adequate experience on relevant fields.
• Possess experience as Project Engineer / Sr. Project Engineer in Automotive industry
