Responsibilities
- Coordinates the technical and operational aspects of a project, ensuring work is completed safely, correctly, on schedule, and within budget.
- Review project requirements, drawings, specifications, contracts, and applicable engineering standards.
- Develop project plans, work schedules, technical procedures, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, engineers, and site teams.
- Monitor progress against schedules, milestones, budgets, and performance targets.
- Manage project documentation, such as reports, drawings, RFIs, method statements, submittals, and change records.
- Support procurement by preparing technical specifications, evaluating quotations, and following up on materials and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules, environmental requirements, permits, codes, and company procedures.
- Attend project meetings and communicate progress, delays, technical concerns, and action items.
- Support commissioning and handover, including testing, punch-list closure, as-built drawings, manuals, and client acceptance.
