Location: Jalan Kubor Panjang, Bukit Lada, Kota Setar, Kedah

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Production Supervisor to join our production team and oversee our night-shift production operations, ensuring smooth and efficient production while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan daily production activities and assign tasks according to output targets.
• Lead, train, coach and guide production workers.
• Monitor staff attendance and resolve workplace or manpower issues.
• Ensure production processes follow food safety and company protocols.
• Monitor production output and ensure products meet required quality
  standards.
• Oversee production equipment and machinery.
• Arrange routine machine maintenance and assist with minor line blockages or
  machine breakdowns.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma / Foundation or equivalent.
• Strong initiative and willingness to take responsibility.
• Hardworking and committed to meeting production targets.
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to production processes.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• MUST be able to work night shifts and overtime when required.
• Relevant experience in food manufacturing or production supervision is
  preferred.
