We are local F&B Manufacturing based at Pulau Gadong, Melaka . The role owns end-to-end financial operations for a Full Set Accounts function — AP/AR/GL, reconciliations, month-end/year-end closing, and financial statement preparation — while ensuring tax and audit compliance, and managing vendor and payment relationships.

Job Scope

• Manage full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations) and prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements.
• Process supplier invoices, employee reimbursements, and payments accurately and on schedule.
• Manage supplier relationships, resolve discrepancies, and support procurement negotiations.
• Ensure tax compliance, e-invoicing submissions, and audit documentation.
• Handle fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and support month-end/year-end closing (journal entries, accruals).
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Oversee office administration (supplies, travel, welfare claims) and maintain vendor/financial records.

Requirements

• Min Diploma/Certificate in Accounting or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in handling a full set of accounts and financial reporting.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in shared services operations is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
