KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·        To proactively maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.

·        Ensure smooth operation of utilities with minimum downtime.

·        Keep all electrical and mechanical equipment in the best operating condition, minimizing breakdowns.

·        Carry out maintenance activities safely, complying with safety procedures and good housekeeping practices.

·        Ensure quality in all aspects of maintenance work that may impact product performance and reliability.

·        Promote and advocate Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) awareness. Lead and perform risk assessments on electrical maintenance activities.

·        Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical systems or equipment.

·        Perform ad hoc duties as assigned. 

REQUIREMENTS

·        Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.

·        At least 3–4 years of working experience in electrical maintenance, repair, or related field.

·        Strong hands-on knowledge in electrical troubleshooting, PLC systems, wiring, and preventive maintenance.

·        Proficient in professional manufacturing electrical systems, including both Three-phase and Single-phase power systems.

·        Preferably Supervisor/Executive specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Electrical/Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
