GAME CREW / SUPERVISOR
West Coast
Love games, meeting people and creating fun experiences? Join our team!
YOUR ROLE
Host and facilitate escape room and other digital games
Brief customers and guide them throughout their experience
Reset and maintain game rooms
Handle customer enquiries and bookings
Assist with daily outlet operations and events
Supervisor:
Lead the team and oversee daily operations
Handle adhoc, customer enquiries and events management
WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Friendly, energetic & responsible
Good communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable working with customers
Able to work weekends & public holidays
Experience in customer service / hospitality is a plus
No experience? No worries — training provided!
