4. Liaising and maintaining good business relation with customers, suppliers, sub-contractors

5. Highlight deviation of job budget. To follow up with progress claim in timely manner

6. Training team members in the course of work

7. Ensuring that the on-site job follow requirements of ISO9000, ISO14000 and OHSAS 18000
