Role Description The Account Executive role is a part-time, on-site position based in Putrajaya. The individual in this role will manage customer accounts, handle inquiries, and support the sales process for new Proton vehicles, including preparing quotations, tracking leads, and maintaining accurate customer records. Responsibilities include coordinating with the sales and service teams, assisting with basic billing or documentation tasks, and ensuring that customer follow-ups and appointment scheduling are completed in a timely manner. The Account Executive will also support showroom activities, contribute to promotional efforts, and provide professional, courteous service to all walk-in and existing customers.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Basic sales and account management capabilities, including lead follow-up, documentation, and simple reporting.
• Solid organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customer requests and administrative tasks.
• Comfort with using computers and digital tools for data entry, CRM systems, email, and basic office applications.
• Good spoken and written communication skills in English; additional local language proficiency is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Putrajaya, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage directly with customers.
• Prior experience in automotive sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
