Responsibilities & Duties:

• First point of welcome, greeting and being personable to patients when they arrive for their appointment
• Respond to phone calls and emails promptly and courteously
• Arrange for specialist appointments on behalf of patients
• Assist with New patient registrations
• Ensure patients are seen by the doctor on time
• Ensure patients’ needs are attended to, in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain patient's confidentiality at all times
• Preparing and dispensing medicine
• Assist doctors during consultation and clinical procedures (if required)

Requirement:
Good team player, willing to learn
Honesty and good integrity in performing all tasks
Basic computer usage skills
