By partnering with major food importers, the company offers a wide range of products tailored to professional kitchens and small enterprises. Nuberu Foods also operates an online grocery store for end consumers at ************* The company welcomes business-to-business inquiries and aims to build long-term relationships with food service providers and partners.

Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities with restaurants, cafés, home-based food businesses, and other B2B customers, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting sales visits and calls, presenting product offerings, preparing quotations, and following up on orders and deliveries. The role involves working closely with operations and marketing teams to coordinate promotions, manage customer feedback, and support the growth of the online grocery platform. The Sales Executive will track sales performance, maintain accurate records in the CRM or internal systems, and contribute insights to improve product offerings and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and account management skills, with experience in building and maintaining B2B customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of food ingredients or the F&B industry, especially in Asian, Western, or Japanese cuisine, is highly beneficial.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present products clearly and confidently.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, including handling multiple accounts and meeting sales targets.
  • Comfort with basic digital tools and online platforms, including email, spreadsheets, and e-commerce or CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment, with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
  • Prior experience in food distribution, hospitality, or retail sales is an advantage.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
