Responsibilities
Drive sales, business development, and profitability for assigned products across Singapore and regional markets.
Develop new markets and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
Provide technical consultation, product demonstrations, application testing, and pre/post-sales support.
Prepare technical presentations, proposals, and quotations based on customer requirements.
Work closely with distributors on sales performance, joint customer visits, and product/application training.
Participate in exhibitions, seminars, customer visits, and other marketing activities.
Collaborate with HQ and internal teams on forecasting, pricing, CRM, and regional business planning.

Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Optical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience in engineering sales, applications, or a related technical role.
- Experience with metrology, vibration or optical measurement experience is an advantage.
- Strong technical, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Willing to travel to regional markets such as Southeast Asia, ANZ, or the Middle East
