We focus on building strong collaborations, creating meaningful online experiences, and driving measurable results across various social media platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct live-streaming sessions on TikTok and other assigned platforms.
• Introduce, demonstrate and promote products during live sessions.
• Explain product benefits, features, ingredients and key selling points clearly.
• Engage actively with viewers and respond to questions during live sessions.
• Encourage audience engagement and support sales/GMV performance.
• Work closely with the team on promotions, campaigns and live-stream content.
• Keep up with current TikTok and live-streaming trends.
• Prepare and familiarise yourself with product information before each live session.
• Perform other live-streaming related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Live Host / TikTok Live Host is required, preferably with at least 1 year of experience.
• Experience in live-streaming sales or e-commerce will be an added advantage.
• Confident and comfortable speaking in front of the camera.
• Energetic, talkative and able to interact well with viewers.
• Good communication and product-selling skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
• Sales-oriented and comfortable working towards live-streaming targets.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Candidates with previous sales/GMV performance or live-streaming samples are encouraged to share them during the application process.

Working Hours:
Full-time working schedule based on live-streaming and operational requirements. The total daily working hours will be equivalent to the Company’s standard working hours. Specific working days, start times and end times will be discussed during the interview.
