Responsibilities
Job Summary
Support daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth office functions and accurate documentation for order processing, regulatory compliance, and company certifications.
Responsibilities
Enter data accurately and manage filing systems to maintain organized records
Prepare and update administrative and operational documents to support business processes
Process orders and coordinate effectively with customers, suppliers, and relevant parties to ensure timely delivery
Assist in preparing import/export and shipping documentation to comply with regulations
Maintain proper records and ensure documents are current and accurate for audits and reporting
Provide administrative support for company certifications, licenses, and regulatory compliance activities
Support day-to-day office operations to maintain a productive work environment
Perform assigned ad-hoc administrative tasks to meet evolving business needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma or equivalent qualification; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel to produce and manage documents efficiently
Good communication and organizational skills to coordinate tasks and maintain workflow
Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn to improve work quality and efficiency
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Prior administrative experience is an advantage but not required
Experience in food manufacturing, import/export, or regulatory documentation is an advantage
Ability to communicate in Mandarin to facilitate liaison with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and colleagues
