Are you detail-oriented, hands-on, and interested in turning creative designs into high-quality printed products?

Al Kauthar Equdis is looking for a Sublimation Printing team member to join our team and support our growing printing and production activities.

If you’re someone who enjoys working with printing equipment, has an eye for detail, and is looking for an opportunity to develop your skills in sublimation printing and production, we’d love to hear from you!

Your Role

• Operate sublimation printing machines and related equipment according to SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Prepare and check artwork before printing to ensure the correct size, colour, layout, and specifications.
• Monitor print quality and ensure colours, alignment, and overall output meet the required standards.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report machine issues, printing defects, or technical problems to the supervisor.
• Assist with heat pressing, cutting, finishing, packing, and other production processes when required.
• Carry out basic cleaning and maintenance of printing machines and equipment.
• Ensure completed products meet the required quality standards and production deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Assist with other printing and production tasks when required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma, certificate, or relevant qualification in Printing, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant printing or production experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience in sublimation printing, digital printing, or operating printing machines is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or other relevant design software is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of artwork preparation, sizing, colour, and printing specifications.
• Detail-oriented and able to identify printing defects or quality issues.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to follow SOPs and safety procedures.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to learn new printing techniques, equipment, and production processes.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet deadlines.
