RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with daily e-commerce fulfilment and order processing.
• Check and verify orders from Shopee, TikTok Shop, Shopify and other online platforms.
• Print and prepare shipping labels, invoices and packing documents.
• Assist with picking, packing and checking products before shipment.
• Coordinate with courier services for daily parcel collection and delivery.
• Update order status and fulfilment records in the system.
• Assist with stock checking, inventory updates and basic warehouse administration.
• Handle filing, data entry and other general office administrative tasks.
• Liaise and communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients regarding orders, delivery and fulfilment matters.
• Coordinate with the fulfilment, retail and inventory teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Report any order discrepancies, damaged items, missing stock or delivery issues to the supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Malaysian citizen.
• Minimum SPM qualification; relevant experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Mandarin to communicate and liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Responsible, organized and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced fulfilment environment.
• Experience in e-commerce, warehouse or order fulfilment is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
