 Basic Salary: SGD 2,800 +/-
 Work Location: Chinatown / Raffles
 Approximately 5 minutes’ walk from MRT

Working Hours

• 6 days per week

• 10 hours per day

• Shift timings will be arranged according to the restaurant’s schedule

Job Requirements

• No experience required.

• Good customer service and communication skills

• Willing to learn bartending techniques and beverage knowledge

• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn

• Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment

• Previous bartending or F&B experience is an advantage, but not required

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily bar operations and beverage preparation

• Prepare cocktails and other beverages according to the menu and standard recipes

• Prepare alcohol, ice, fruits and other bartending ingredients

• Ensure the quality, taste and presentation of beverages meet standards

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area

• Monitor and replenish bar supplies when required

• Maintain bar equipment and bartending tools

• Work closely with the team to support daily restaurant operations
