About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our facilities management team in Johor Bahru, Johor. This is a contract position that plays a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance operations and ensuring the optimal functioning of our managed properties. As Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance personnel, coordinating all maintenance and repair activities, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. This position is essential to our commitment to providing high-quality facilities management services and maintaining the integrity of our properties.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations and repair works across assigned properties
• Coordinate with contractors on defects inspections and rectification works until completion
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment and building systems to identify maintenance needs and potential issues
• Liaison with unit owners for any enquiries / complaints
• Liaise with contractors, vendors and external service providers as required

What we're looking for

• Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in a facilities or property maintenance supervisory role
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Proficiency with maintenance management software and computerised systems
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in facilities management or maintenance would be advantageous

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
