Job Summary
You will manage customer orders, communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, handle inventory, and support operations by packing supplements and performing administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Manage customer orders accurately to ensure timely processing and delivery
Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients to address inquiries and provide information
Maintain and update inventory records to support operational efficiency
Distribute client information promptly and accurately within the team
Pack supplements carefully for courier collection to ensure product integrity
Perform general administrative duties to support daily operations
Use Windows, MS Office, and Photoshop to complete work tasks efficiently
Communicate clearly in spoken and written English to support internal and external interactions
Build positive working relationships with colleagues and clients through good interpersonal skills
Other Information
5 working days per week
Working hours: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
Salary: S$2,200 to S$2,400 negotiable per month with CPF
No age limit
Location: Bugis
