Job Description

Manage strategic procurement activities, supplier relationships, purchasing processes, and commercial negotiations to ensure the timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services. The role requires strong vendor management, market analysis, negotiation, and procurement coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Manage purchase orders and monitor timely delivery.
• Analyse market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company procedures and applicable requirements.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet purchasing requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply-chain management.
• Strong vendor-management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement activities and deadlines.

Pay: $7,500.00 - $13,500.00 per month
