From preparing classic cocktails to recommending beverages and engaging with Members, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming bar experience that feels like a home away from home.

We are looking for someone who is

• Hospitality-focused
• Warm and has a welcoming approach
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with Members
• Proactive, with strong coordination skills
• Knowledgeable in cocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages
• Skilled in bartending techniques and beverage preparation
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays (no midnight shifts)
• Barista skills and knowledge would be a plus

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to)

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, and other drinks according to standards
• Deliver friendly, personalized, and efficient service to Members
• Recommend beverages based on Members’ preferences and requests
• Maintain high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and consistency
• Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure the bar area, equipment, and workstations are clean and well-maintained
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and replenishment
• Handle Members’ feedback and requests professionally
• Follow service standards, SOPs, hygiene, and safety requirements
