Procurement and Operations Executive – Ambulatory Surgical Centre

We are looking for a proactive, organized and detail-oriented Procurement and Operations Executive to join a newly established Ambulatory Surgical Centre in Singapore. This role is responsible for supporting the Centre's procurement, inventory administration, supplier management and operational coordination activities.
The successful candidate will work closely with clinical, finance and operations teams to ensure the timely procurement of medical supplies and equipment, maintain accurate records and documentation and support the smooth day-to-day operations of the Centre.
This is a 1-year contract opportunity for individuals seeking hands-on exposure to healthcare procurement, operations and business support within a growing Ambulatory Surgical Centre.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy structured work, have strong administrative capabilities and are comfortable working within established processes, SOPs and compliance requirements in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage procurement of medical consumables, pharmaceuticals, equipment and operational supplies
Obtain quotations, prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate with suppliers on pricing and deliveries
Support supplier onboarding, compliance checks and procurement documentation
Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate stock replenishment activities
Monitor supplier performance and maintain supplier databases and records
Receive and verify goods delivered, ensuring completeness and accuracy
Support day-to-day operational and administrative activities of the Centre
Collaborate with clinical, finance and operations teams to support business needs and operational initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Diploma or Higher NITEC in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Finance or related fields
Relevant experience in procurement, inventory management, administration, or operations support is preferred
Knowledge of medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals would be an advantage
Strong organizational, documentation and analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
Comfortable working in a startup environment with adaptability to evolving processes and pace
