Responsibilities
A Quantity Surveyor position with an award winning workplace interior design & build company working on projects for high profile clients, based in Hong Kong.
Key responsibilities
Cost planning, cost control, budgeting, procurement
Prepare tender documents and carry out measurement
Prepare budgets and monthly progress
Obtain quotation from suppliers and subcontractors
Negotiate and award subcontracts
Attend tender interviews
Maintain and update the QS records and documents
About you
Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent
Minimum 4 years relevant experience
Experience working on office fitting out projects
Well organized, proactive and have initiative
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good PC skills, Excel
