Assistant Executive – Refinery

We are looking for a hands-on, organized and detail-oriented Assistant Executive – Packing to support our daily packing operations. This role will be responsible for assisting in ensuring smooth packing activities, product quality, manpower coordination and efficient utilization of packing materials and equipment.

• Assist in monitoring and controlling daily refinery operations to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Monitor processing parameters, equipment performance and production conditions.
• Assist in ensuring production processes are carried out according to established SOPs, work instructions and quality standards.
• Monitor the flow and processing of crude and refined oil throughout the refinery process.
• Assist in identifying process abnormalities and coordinate with relevant departments for corrective action.
• Ensure proper recording of production data, process parameters, equipment readings and operational activities.
• Assist in monitoring product quality and coordinate with QA/QC on sampling and testing requirements.
• Support the implementation of GMP, HACCP, food safety, safety and environmental requirements.
• Assist in supervising and guiding operators to ensure proper work practices and compliance with procedures.
• Assist in coordinating with Engineering/Maintenance for equipment breakdowns, preventive maintenance and process-related issues.
• Monitor housekeeping and cleanliness within the refinery area.
• Assist in preparing production reports and other operational documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency and process performance.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior or Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Process, Food Technology, Food Science, or other relevant fields.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in refinery, edible oil, food manufacturing, chemical processing or related manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of refinery processes, production operations and process control is an advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good leadership skills and able to work effectively with production operators and other departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to prepare production reports.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, GMP and operational discipline.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
