WE’RE HIRING | OUTLET SUPERVISOR

Chonky Cookies – The Gardens Mall

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, motivate, and support the outlet team to achieve daily operational excellence.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally.
• Oversee daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor product quality, food safety, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, coaching, and performance monitoring.
• Manage stock levels, inventory, and ordering to minimise wastage.
• Prepare daily reports and ensure smooth communication with the management team.
• Drive sales while maintaining operational efficiency.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has at least 1–2 years of supervisory experience in F&B or retail.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills.
• Is proactive, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoys coaching and developing team members.
• Is willing to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
