Provide Financial review for clients from their portfolio in the bank.

- View from system on their account assets and share on the savings account opening benefits

which based on their profile to recommend basing on their needs.

- Update client on the Fix Deposit latest rates.

- Do client servicing and assist in walk-ins on request that client requested such as account review,

banca products servicing from there touch base to cross-sell eg; policy maturity suggest client to

re-invest.

- Do calling from orphan leads, arrange for meet up to review and introduce myself as their new

insurance specialist that will be assisting with their policies.

- Work with relationship managers to assist customers on their portfolio, relationship managers to

assist with investment plans such as unit trust, wealth lending products etc… while I assist with

banca products such as endowments, submission of bank paperwork and prudential paperwork

side for processing.

- After submission will follow up on the underwriting requirements, and push for submission to get

approve.
