Job Title: Senior IAM / IGA Engineer

Location : Kuala Lumpur

Payroll : Skill Quotient Group

Duration: 1 year extendable contract

We are looking for an experienced IAM / IGA Engineer to manage and support our Identity & Access Management solutions, with a focus on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM). You will be responsible for application lifecycle management, technical maintenance, integrations, operational support, and continuous improvement of our IAM environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle, configuration, integration, patching, upgrades, monitoring, and backup of IAM/IGA solutions.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, including problem, change, and release management in line with ITIL standards.
• Perform application onboarding, technical configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements of the IGA platform.
• Coordinate with infrastructure teams on network, server, OS, and database-related activities and maintenance windows.
• Support IAM-related projects and IT initiatives within a SAFe Agile environment.
• Ensure reliable and secure IAM services that deliver value to the business and end users.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in the technical maintenance, development, and troubleshooting of IAM technologies in large-scale, multi-site environments.
• Knowledge of IAM/IT security architecture, infrastructure, and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with IGA solutions, preferably SailPoint.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, authentication, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
• Experience with scripting and programming, such as Java, BeanShell, or PowerShell; Java/OOP experience is a plus.
• Structured, service-oriented approach with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL, change/release management, and Agile/SAFe ways of working.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
